This is a quick, easy and tasty way to prepare pasta and a great way to use home made Pumpkin Seed Butter. This pasta goes incredibly well with sauerkraut.

Instructions
  1. Put the lemon juice, garlic, basil and peanut oil in blender. Blend until leaves have broken down to a small size.
  2. Pour the basil mix into a small bowl. Add the pumpkin seed butter, nutritional yeast and ground ajwain seeds and mix well.
  3. Prepare the pasta according to manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Mix the pesto into the pasta.
