Walnuts are a great source of omega oils which have been said to keep your heart and brain healthy. Dates add their natural sweetness to this smoothie in addition to their benefits to the digestive system. This smoothie requires a high powered blender in order to effectively blend the dates and walnuts.

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Allow a minute for the large bits to settle at the bottom of the blender and gently pour the liquid into glasses.
